Delivery

Terms and possibilities of delivery are discussed with each client individually. We have 6 trucks (trucks and timber trucks) at our disposal, on which we deliver goods from our production sites. Both points are located in the Leningrad region. Each has covered warehouses for finished products with a total area of 1500 m³. In addition to deliveries within our country, we also have the opportunity to send our sawn timber to countries friendly to the Russian Federation. In the past, there was a successful experience of working with the USA, Latvia, UAE, Finland and Kuwait.

Payment

We work on VAT. Payment for the goods is made to the settlement account of the organization. For regular customers, there may be a deferred payment of up to 30 days. Your individual manager will make a free calculation of the cost of the order within 1-2 days according to the specification you provide and will accompany you to all stages of the purchase until the immediate shipment of the goods.

EGAIS Forest

We are registered in Forest EGAIS. Forest EGAIS - Unified State Automated Information System for Accounting for Wood and Transactions with It. Designed to track and record the harvesting and supply of wood, lumber and other products made from wood.

When selling the following types of lumber, the seller is obliged to record the transaction in the Forest EGAIS http://www.lesegais.ru:

Edged and unedged pine and spruce lumber
Beam
Bar
Rack
Sawn timber

For individuals, when purchasing the above lumber using the Les EGAIS system, you must specify:

Name
passport data (series, document number, by whom and when issued, registration address)
TIN

Legal entities, when purchasing lumber using the Les Egais system, must:

Sign up in the Forest EGAIS system.
Conclude a contract with a supplier for the supply of lumber, which indicates the volume in m3 (how many cubic meters it is planned to purchase under the contract)
Certify the concluded contract with the supplier in the EGAIS system, which will require a digital signature, which is ordered separately at the Certification Center.

The time frame for registering an agreement in the EGAIS accounting is limited to 5 days. If the contract is concluded today, and one of the parties registers the contract after 5 days, then this party automatically receives a fine in the amount of 100,000 rubles.

4. Submit a monthly report to EGAIS on the supplied lumber.

When shipping lumber, it is necessary to take into account the fact that the transportation of timber must be carried out no earlier than the next day after the registration of the contract in the Unified State Automated Information System, otherwise the supervisory services will not be able to determine the legality of the transaction, since the declaration of the transaction enters the database only on the next day.

Refund item

If you find that the product delivered by us is of inadequate quality, we will return it, provided that this product: was not in use, its presentation and consumer properties are preserved, there are seals, factory labels, the expiration date has not expired, and there is also a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified goods.

Necessary documents for making a return in case of revealing a commodity marriage:
1. Return invoice in the form of TORG-12 or UPD (universal transfer document);
2. Invoice;
3. Claim letter for a return (in case of violation of the terms of assortment or quality).
